What products does Shengcen Hardware specialize in?
We focus on precision metal hardware: loose-leaf binder rings, book rings, screw-lock D-rings, stainless steel shower curtain hooks, wire keychains, and wallet hardware accessories. These components are used by stationery brands, home textile companies, and leather goods manufacturers.
Where are your products sold?
We supply customers in the United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Vietnam, India, and across Europe. Orders are shipped worldwide according to the buyer’s preferred logistics arrangement.
What materials and finishes do you offer?
Common materials include iron, stainless steel (201 and 304), and brass. Surface finishes cover polished chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, antique brass, gunmetal, rose gold, and other treatments specified by the client. Plating thickness and corrosion resistance are routinely verified.
Production Capacity & Lead Times
What is your production capacity?
We operate more than ten CNC-equipped production lines with an annual output exceeding ten million units. This scale allows us to handle both large repeat orders and smaller custom runs without long delays.
What is the usual production lead time?
Standard items typically require 5–7 days after order confirmation. Custom designs may need additional time for tooling or sample approval. Express shipping usually adds 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per design. Sample quantities below MOQ are available for quality checking before a full production order is placed.
Customization & OEM/ODM
Can you handle custom orders?
Yes. We support full OEM and ODM projects. Clients can specify diameter, wire gauge, material, surface finish, logo stamping, and packaging. Our team works directly with buyers to turn drawings or samples into production-ready parts.
Do you provide private-label packaging?
Private-label and custom packaging options are available. Hardware can leave our factory ready for the client’s own branding and distribution channels.
How does the custom development process work?
Most projects begin with a drawing, sample, or detailed specification. We review feasibility, confirm material and finish options, produce samples for approval, and then move into production once the details are locked in.

What quality and compliance standards do you follow?
Our products are manufactured to meet EU REACH, RoHS, and relevant US FDA material requirements where applicable. We routinely test salt-spray resistance, tensile strength, and plating thickness to keep performance consistent across batches.

Yes. We focus on ethical sourcing, reduced material waste, and practical improvements in production efficiency. We also actively recruit and train workers from minority communities, provide stable long-term employment, and maintain safe working conditions on every line.
How do you ensure consistent quality across large orders?
All production runs on our own CNC-equipped lines under the same process controls. Incoming materials, in-process checks, and final inspection are part of the standard workflow so that dimensional accuracy and surface finish remain stable from the first carton to the last.

How can I request samples?
Samples of standard items or custom prototypes can be arranged. Contact us with the required specifications and shipping address; we will confirm cost, timeline, and any necessary tooling fees.
What payment and shipping terms do you accept?
We work with common international payment methods and ship according to the Incoterms agreed with each client. Freight options range from express courier to sea or air freight depending on order size and destination.
Can I visit the factory?
Visits can be arranged by appointment. Our facility is located in Danzao Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong, China. Advance notice allows us to prepare samples and production information relevant to your needs.
