Our Starting Point

At Shengcen Hardware we believe that reliable metal hardware begins with how the people who produce it are treated. Founded in 2020 in Danzao Town, Foshan, we manufacture binder rings, book rings, curtain hooks, keychains, and wallet accessories on our own CNC-equipped lines. The same care we put into surface finish and dimensional accuracy applies to the working conditions on the factory floor and the relationships we build with clients and suppliers.

Many of our production team members come from Miao and Dong communities in Guangxi and Guizhou provinces—regions with a long tradition of metalworking. Our founders share that background. Safe and Steady Production

We prefer steady, long-term employment over high turnover because experienced hands produce better results and create a more reliable workplace.

Our annual output exceeds ten million units across more than ten CNC lines. That volume is only sustainable when the people doing the work can do it safely and with dignity year after year.

Materials and Environmental Care

We work with iron, stainless steel, and brass, applying finishes that meet REACH, RoHS, and relevant FDA requirements where applicable. Plating thickness, salt-spray resistance, and tensile strength are routinely checked. Beyond compliance, we look for practical ways to reduce material waste and improve the efficiency of each production run.

Sustainable production is still a work in progress for most hardware factories, including ours. We focus on measurable steps—less scrap, cleaner processes, and responsible sourcing—rather than broad claims that are hard to verify.
