Overview

Shengcen Hardware manufactures binder rings, book rings, curtain hooks, keychains, and wallet accessories on our own production lines in Danzao Town, Foshan. Once an order is confirmed, we handle production, quality checks, packing, and handover to the logistics provider according to the terms agreed with each client. Clear timelines and reliable packing are part of the service we aim to deliver every time.

Production Lead Time

For standard catalog items, production typically takes 5–7 days after order confirmation and deposit (where applicable). Custom designs may require extra time for tooling, sample approval, or material preparation. We confirm the expected production window at the quotation stage so there are no surprises later.

Large-volume or multi-item orders are scheduled across our more than ten CNC-equipped lines to keep overall lead times as short as practical while maintaining quality standards.

Shipping Options

We ship worldwide to the markets we already serve—United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Europe, and beyond. The most common methods are:

• Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS and similar) – usually 3–7 business days door-to-door, suitable for samples and smaller orders
• Air freight – faster than sea for medium volumes when time is critical
• Sea freight – the most economical choice for larger shipments; transit times vary by destination and sailing schedule

The final choice depends on order size, urgency, and the Incoterms agreed with the buyer (FOB, CIF, DDP, or others). We work with established forwarders and can arrange according to the client’s preferred carrier when requested.

Packaging

Hardware is packed to protect surface finishes and prevent deformation during transit. Standard packing uses poly bags, inner cartons, and export-grade outer cartons with clear labeling. Custom packaging—private-label cartons, retail-ready packs, or specific carton markings—is available when required.

We take care that plating and polished surfaces arrive without scratches or moisture damage. Any special packing instructions should be confirmed before production begins so they can be built into the process.

Order Tracking & Communication

Once goods leave the factory we provide the relevant tracking or bill-of-lading information. For express shipments, tracking numbers are shared as soon as they are issued. For sea or air freight, shipping documents and estimated arrival windows are supplied so the receiving side can plan accordingly.

If any delay occurs on our side or with the carrier, we communicate as early as possible rather than waiting until the original date has passed.

Samples

Sample shipments follow the same logistics routes as production orders, usually by express courier for speed. Sample costs, shipping fees, and any tooling charges are confirmed in advance. Approved samples become the quality reference for the subsequent bulk order.

What about customs and import duties?

Responsibility for customs clearance and import duties depends on the agreed Incoterms. We supply the necessary commercial documents; the buyer or their appointed agent usually handles import formalities at destination.
